Rob is the “concept guy” of the agency — we like to call him the “creative guru!” Many have called him brilliant, crazy, creative and a true visionary. He began his career at America’sMart many moons ago, where he was art director, designing publications and developing ads for vendors and showrooms. Rob and other members from the Mart then started Max2o Advertising in 1993. In 2010, Rob left Max2o and founded Marbury Creative Group with Shelly Hoffman, Carol Armitage and Bob Jones.

As our President and Creative Director, Rob develops and oversees the creative concepts for our clients, ensuring that every project and campaign is ATTENTION GETTING…RELEVANT….and MEMORABLE. He’s all about helping every client develop their story and “Tell it Better!”®.

His name may be on the door, but Rob smiles and says, “I’m blessed to be surrounded by really talented people. There’s a reason we are the creative GROUP!”
