Forget branded socks, koozies, and bucket hats, the pioneers over at Pringles found a new angle: spiders. That’s right, Pringles are calling upon the arachnid community to make the Kidney Garden Spider the official Pringles Spider®. The reason, oddly enough, is because the spider shares an uncanny resemblance to their mustachioed mascot. (Maybe if I get bitten, I’d grow that mustache I’ve always wanted). The campaign has gained some serious momentum, so it’s only a matter of time before we hear about a Dorito’s branded mosquito.
