Position Overview:

The Copywriter & Creative Manager is primarily responsible for creating social media content as it relates to copy and
photography based on the brands of our clients. They also assist the social and account team with execution of social media creative on day-to-day projects. They will be responsible for scheduling and managing social media photo shoots, photo editing, quality, and unique ideas for execution on social media as well as other platforms.

Reports to Creative Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with social media team to execute monthly content calendars based on strategy and client input.
  • Manage and lead social media photoshoots including schedule and creative execution with photographer.
  • Oversees and often writes copy for posts from inception through completion to ensure a high level of quality and maintenance of concept through approval of design for all social media content.
  • Work with designers for tile design.
  • Works with Account and Social teams on copy.
  • Research clients’ products/services regularly to ensure ability to write accurate, on-target copy/concepts for assigned projects.
  • Assure that all copy is checked and proofread by other participants in process – production manager/administrative assistant/copy editor at the draft and final stages of each project, allowing a “fresh set of eyes” to examine the work.
  • Work to ensure copy/concepts serve the purpose of first and foremost promoting the client’s brand image and/or selling their product or service, according to the strategic plan and creative brief.
  • Assists in writing blogs and provide general copywriting for clients.
  • Contributes original material to agency blog and other marketing materials on a regular basis.
  • Contribute to brainstorms, concepts, and copy for agency clients with Creative Director.
  • Maintain current software skills compatible with the needs of other creative team members.

Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Analyst plays a central role in building and customizing tools to collect and interpret
clients’ campaign data for reporting and strategic direction. They serve as a gatekeeper for data recording
and tracking with honesty and accuracy, and explaining the insights so stakeholders can understand it and
use it to make strategic produce, service, and business decisions. This person works closely with the digital
team, account team, clients, and partners to identify opportunities and activate digital strategies. The Digital
Marketing Analyst is allocated to specific client accounts, and serves as a day-to-day contact across client,
strategy, creative, and design teams. The Digital Marketing Analyst provides proactive client management
and focuses on developing deep and trusting client relationships.

Reports to Lead of Digital Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Pulls data through current and customized tools and dashboards; provides insights and analysis.
  • Reports and provides insights on weekly and monthly campaigns and metrics through clear reports.
  • Models scenarios and provides options for clients based on campaign data and other data pulls to help achieve business goals.
  • Develops unique strategies and builds upon current client strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed objectives
  • Develops strong, trusting relationships between clients and agency partners, providing leadership and support during strategy, ideation, and execution
  • Manages client expectations, bringing issues/concerns to clients’ attention before they become problems, and offers potential solutions.
  • Proactively keeps abreast of assigned clients’ marketing and media plans, providing technological solutions including rich media, site optimization, promotional and game ideas, mobile, social networks, viral, etc.
  • Develops a total understanding of online target audience and mindset modes
  • Reviews statements and estimates of work prior to client approval or presentation
  • Participates in new business initiatives
  • Presents data to client to position the agency as a competent, knowledgebale and creative digital partner.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum education experience required – Bachelors degree
  • Minimum 5 year’s advertising/marketing experience required
  • Passion for Data and spreadsheets
  • Demonstrated ability to react quickly to assess and implement solutions
  • Excellent communications skills, including the ability to think on his/her feet during presentations, explain in simple terms complex or technical information to non-technical people, and persuasively sell ideas
  • Strong time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Extensive software knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel)

Position Overview:

This is a unique job as we are hoping to combine two tasks we have found can often be handled with the same type of aptitude: web maintenance (check lists, updates in WordPress, schedules, code) and video production (shot lists, schedules, potential editing in Premier). The Web & Video Specialist will be skillful at handling both the technical complexities of WordPress while having an eye for aesthetics. This person should be comfortable using HTML, jQuery, and JavaScript (PHP and MySQL a plus). Excellent project management skills are required, as well as a keen analytical mind, and a good eye for design alongside the ability to communicate clearly. This person will also have some experience in video management, scheduling and some basic editing. This role reports to the Digital Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain website updates, with some design and development using WordPress
  • Manage video production shoots
  • Video Editing using Adobe Premier
  • Collaborate with members of a creative team
  • Manage front-end and back-end website development
  • Create and configure WordPress plug-ins and themes
  • Maintain well-documented, reusable, and transferrable code
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website problems for clients and co-workers
  • Stay abreast of new developments in software, trends, and practices

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency using WordPress
  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Experience using debugging tools such as Firebug and Chrome Inspector
  • Strong understanding of front-end and back-end website development
  • Experience with responsive and accessible design
  • Experience with video editor system such as Adobe Premier or Final Cut Pro
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to multi-task, learn quickly and respond positively to change
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
  • Positive, collaborative attitude a must; ability to work well with staff, clients and other outside contacts.
