As a newer banking brand in the Atlanta market, Georgia Banking Company (GBC) offers big bank capabilities with the personalized service of a community bank. GBC needed to raise awareness to consumer and business banking prospects in six key metro-Atlanta markets with GBC presence.
Marbury Creative Group developed a humorous creative approach leveraging two bank spokespeople – the well-known CEO of GBC and Joyce, a vivacious customer who insists GBC is the Bank of JOYCE, a personalized spin on GBC’s actual slogan as the Bank of Choice. The campaign came to life with six versions of attention-grabbing video creative executed as a geo-targeted media campaign focused around GBC’s branches.
