This digital campaign was designed to promote the new “Emergency Room Reservations” service for WellStar. People with a minor emergency or urgent need that doesn’t require a trip in an ambulance can click or call to set an appointment, and wait more comfortably at home. The campaign was successful in driving awareness of the service as well as clicks to visit the page to schedule an appointment.
