While conference rooms and cubicles work just fine, sometimes we take a healthy hiatus to recharge and reflect on our connections with our team and clients—and occasionally practice our cannonball.
In August, we held our 4th Annual Agency Retreat, where we spent three days at Lake Keowee learning more about our service areas (branding, strategy & insights, digital, social, experiential, photo & video), brainstorming for our clients, and, of course, getting a better understanding of each team member and their role within the agency (all while keeping the work flowing as well!). We look forward to this each year, not only for the change of scenery and often hilarious moments, but because we’ve discovered there are some clear advantages to taking some time away from the office.
